TRUMP PARK

TRUMP PARK

DONALD TRUMP’S INTIMATE PHOTO ALBUM

The Trump presidency has showed the appeal of populist authoritarianism to a half of Americans. The way the country responds to the attack on the U.S. Capitol indicate how long this movement is. It’s a mental insurrection!

Politics has become binary, viral, non-reflexive.

The choice of political leaders is fundamental, understanding their life and their training is decisive for the future of democracy.

Political confrontation today is based on basic identities, simplistic assumptions, kitsch

aesthetics, procrastination… Polarization took place in society, and it appeared in all the

discussions (political, intellectual, social, artistic…), developing the odio, the political and social exclusion and putting forward money, as the primary value.

Trump is one of the most meaningful symbols!

The « Donald trump’s intimate Photo Album » is a special journey in the mentality of the 45th US president of USA, as well as a graphic realization of Jean-Matthieu Gosselin and Ullic-Morard, to denounce: the absence of debates, political violence, « consented fascism », the monopolization of the media, and the permanent lies.

We have no doubt that the 45th President of the United States, often referring to Abraham Lincoln, would appreciate this album (it’s his!), cause as the 16th President of the United States wrote: “No man has enough of memory to succeed in lying.”
